The Jelly Bean Tree is a very useful visual tool for checking in to see how you feel. Which bean do you most identify with at the moment?
Could be used in therapy, on your own, or maybe in a group session, as we did during a peer support group through OnRoad media, led by Jennifer Potter.
You can revisit the Tree as often as you want. Maybe after asking yourself why you choose that particular bean. What might you need to stop, do more of, think about? Try some things out, then have another look at the Tree.
